About the Food
We can have long conversations about eating, because everyone looks at eating from a different perspective based on their own experience and their own development of consciousness, which affects how the diet is absorbed in our body, whether it strengthens or weakens, cures it, or numb it, many perspectives can be applied to the diet as a whole.
There are also an inexhaustible number of variants of how to perceive the diet itself – if we move in physical reality, it is a solid, a group of molecules that we receive, which contains certain properties, contains carbohydrates, proteins, fats, minerals and other necessary components such as for example metals that ensure the overall constitution of the diet itself. This is one of the basic perspectives that today’s population of the world recognizes – the basic division of food into the components that are needed as a source of energy for the physical body so it is fully functional organism as a whole – internal organs, muscles, and intracorporeal processes that ensure complete functions, health, vitality.
However, there are many more views on the diet than just this one. Certainly, many people are now beginning to explore how some people can gain weight without eating the bigger amount of caloric intake that they have specified in general tables. Oh yes, I mean metabolism – scientists are now finding that each person is fundamentally different. Some people just need to eat vegetables, some people meat, some people just drink clean water, and some people don’t even need it … There are as many types of food as there are people on planet Earth. Some people can eat only the roots, some fresh fruit picked from the tree, … But what is the most important is to say that every person should find a way of eating with which He will be fulfilled. Not to be stressed from the fact that he eats a gram of fat more than the caloric tables prescribe for him. Not to eat meat, which he considers as impure, not flora, which he perceives as a living organism, only seemingly without any movement compared to animals, …

Holistic view devided into three basic levels:
In order to look into the internal processes of the body, it is necessary to first start with a solid diet, thanks to which we can understand the basic inner-body processes that provide us with the necessary health and vitality. The solid components that we receive are food and drink – two primary components that provide both the intake of energy and the necessary biological components, as well as the required hydration – the fluids that are needed for any food processing and much more. The processes of inner-body food intake are characterized by the absorption of nutrients received into the nutrients that are needed by the body itself. The body always processes all received energy into what it needs and requires at certain time and state. Therefore, for example, there are so many types of individual proteins that are non-essential and can be transformed into any other by assembling their individual components into just the components required by the body at a given time.
Today, scientists have very clearly defined all types of nutrients and their effects on the body, and yet only one disease or altered level of metabolism, whether sugars, proteins, lactose, is enough to change your body response to a different then the response of the population as a whole is, when speaking about statistics. There is a factor in the uniqueness of each person, where the general wisdom can be applied only as a basis, which, however, changes with the fact that each person is different and their metabolism adapts to their own lifestyle.
I will not copy the data of scientists and chemists here regarding food and individual diets, of which there is also an inexhaustible amount on the internet. Because: 1) It is not the purpose of this site. 2) I am interested in a different view at a food in its essence. However, if you really want to read general wisdom about the food and diets – I will mention here, for example the basic view at eating from the popular wikipedia here.
Another “deeper” view of food intake is the intake of a certain amount of energy. Everything – meat, water, plants, vegetable or fruit, it all has embedded properties – a certain field of information, or energy units, which contain all the information about the grower, the soil, the nutrition provided, the weather conditions, used fertilizers and chemical components, emotional state (both growers / breeders and flora / fauna) – all of these information forms a complete energy package, which we receive in the form of physical diet. It is paradoxical that nowadays something that looks so healthy and tasty is full of pesticides and the color is made by chemical additives that ensure that it all looks the same, not to mention the genetic changes that modify the properties of these information and thus suppress the nature by disharmonic artificial setting of food from its original perfect state.
Undoubtedly, you are already familiar with the fact that food intake is not only done by the diet itself, but by everything that has led to this diet, and it is very closely connected with a life as a whole on the planet Earth. Eating is an integral part of our lives. Many people spend a few hours a day just preparing their food and consuming it, regardless of the cultivation, breeding, transportation, and all the processes that provide you with this food to the markets and then to your home. It is a whole complex system that uses many processes that you accept to your life through that intake food. You receive all these processes into your body through the basic essence of this received food – whether it is nutrition in the form of proteins, fats, sugars, minerals, or it is a chemical setting of individual ingredients, and of course additives, dyes, pesticides, steroids, including stress hormones, which is not released only by animals into their organic structures during their lives and deaths. And all of this affect the body of the person who accept these information complex into their bodies, where it adapts to their complex energy structures. No need to mention microplastics, antidepressants and contraception, which already make up a significant part of our water intake.
The initial view not only of an ordinary person, but also of scientists, should become the “deepest” and at the same time “the simplest” primary principle of energetic reception of information. In essence, we can stimulate our entire body without any physical stimulation to the intracellular processes, whether it is working at the muscular level, the cellular level, the atomic level, or the level of consciousness. Previous views have led to the fact that if we eat, we accept the whole life and processes associated with the preparation of this food itself. But what if we could adjust this diet on an energetic, informational level?
I’m not talking about changing the physical state of this diet here. I would call it our own consciousness work – that you can “adjust” a certain diet by our own perception so that it provides you with the necessary ingredients that the body needs at a given moment or can even provide you with certain initiation processes of cleansing, strengthening processes, processes starting some emotional expressions, joy, peace, happiness … In essence, you can be healed by receiving poisons – have you forgotten that most of the original drugs were always part of natural heritage of ancient civilisations? While being a part of a cultural heritage, it was deeply connected to the ones who knew all about that and so it could be used “Correctly” for those, who needed that in certain state of being, in certain life situations, etc.

By this I do not encourage you to stop eating anything, to drink any poison right now, or to stop eating meat, for example, or to start living from pranic energy – Nothing like that! 🙂 By this article I want to inspire you to gradually study how your consciousness affects what the food that you consume causes to you. Try, learn to apply your very own willpower in the form of receiving information impulses. Maybe you will start to be interested or even entertained! It was never a matter of forcing something on someone and ordering someone what to do, but it is a matter of inspiring a person, what the body is, in essence, capable of when you are under the right guidance.
Fasting – Completly without Food intake
Nowadays is fasting (ie not eating) very popular amongst the people no matter what they believe in, what cultural system they live in etc. The scientific studies that confirm the possitivity of that process for people and not only people just reflect and confirm that the process is truly pure. It is consireder as one of the best cleansing natural process, when the body gets rid of everything that is not necessary in the body, through the processing of these “energies” that are not needed. All this unnecessary energy begins to decompose and changes into the energy that your body needs for its basic function for everyday life. The body knows the best what it needs and what doesn’t. It is only up to us to give an impulse to our body to obtain energy from any source (drinks, food, our inflammation, excess tissue, fats, tumors and everything that body don’t need or maybe just an energy of thought, visualization?) so that our body is fully functional, healthy and a good shape. Only we are the ones who choose what are we feeding our body with and the body will always take what it needs. By reducing the basic functions of life, the body automatically begins to regenerate and process itself at the innermost level, when the old and damaged cells begin to decompose and build new cells based on the original setting of the body structure – renewal through stem cells. Of course, during this fasting process, the body also gets rid of excess muscle mass, which bodybuilders in particular, through their stubbornness and clinging to their physical form, certainly will not undergo – a little provocation. 🙂

One example answering for all – in India is a man, Sadhu, who has not taken any physical diet, including any fluids, since 1940, for over 80 years. He claims that he does not have to accept anything because his goddess, to whom he has dedicated his life, Amba, helps him.
You can find many articles, interviews, and even medical studies, where doctors consider the results of these studies impossible … If only people began to look at individual “exceptions” as “possibilities” of human life, then a view of man in its essence, was completely different.
Fiction or truth? I don’t really know, because I have never met him in my life and I have not lived with him. But I personally tried an 11-day fast, when I lived, trained completely normally and the processes in the body really adapted and was changing through the time. So I am neither a supporter nor an opponent of breatharianism. If it attracts a person to this way of life, I see no reason not to try it, but we live in today’s world and we should adapt our lives accordingly so that we do not suffer, but also not to be limited by anything.
